After getting your NIE (Identification number for foreign In Spain) from the police station. The procedure will be the following:

The process starts when you select the name of your company, first you need to verify that this name is available in the chamber of commerce, through this official website ( www.rmc.es). You can create 5 names and they will reply to you in 24 hours to provide you the final name available.

2. Open Bank Account

The second step, you drop into the bank with the certificate provided by the official website of the chamber of commerce in order to open the bank account under the name of the said company and to deposit the 3000 euros, plus a Bank certificate indicating the sum deposited.

The notary prepares the draft of the title deeds of the constitution that should be transferred to the chamber of the commerce in order to be registered. This process of registration takes 20 days approximately.

During this 20 days, the company bank account is not active and could not be used until the registration is terminated.

Once you get your registration, you may provide a copy to the bank, so they can unblock your company account to initiate your bank transactions.
